Roof Repair Smedway's Flat Roof Repair crews are trained on TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen systems across Canandaigua, not general shingle work applied to a flat surface.
We carry compatible repair materials for multiple membrane brands, since mismatched patch material is a common cause of repeat flat roof failures.
Commercial Flat Roof Repair scheduling is built around minimizing disruption to your Canandaigua business operations.
Every Flat Roof Repair technician carries current Canandaigua, NY licensing for commercial roofing work.
We coordinate Canandaigua scheduling around your business hours whenever the situation allows.
Written Flat Roof Repair estimates cover membrane type, repair scope, and labor upfront.
Hot-air welders and seam probes come standard for TPO and EPDM Flat Roof Repair work.
Here's what falls under our Canandaigua Flat Roof Repair service for commercial and low-slope roofs.
TPO seam separation gets properly heat-welded, not just caulked over as a temporary fix.
We identify the membrane type first, since EPDM and TPO repairs use different adhesive systems.
Standing water that doesn't drain within 48 hours accelerates membrane breakdown and needs a drainage fix, not just a patch.
We assess whether a modified bitumen repair needs a patch or a full section replacement.
Clogged or damaged drains are a leading cause of Canandaigua flat roof ponding and membrane stress.
Rooftop HVAC units and their curbs are a frequent source of Canandaigua commercial roof leaks that general roofers often overlook.
We start by discussing the issue — ponding, active leak, or visible membrane damage.
On-site assessment identifies the membrane type and the actual cause of the issue.
Drainage and ponding issues are assessed alongside any visible membrane damage.
Repairs are completed using membrane-appropriate technique, then tested before we consider the job done.
TPO seam repair was clean, tested it before leaving to make sure it actually held.
